I have thyroid cancer and am on suppressive therapy and my TSH is real low (<0.006) and my free T4 is 2.2H. I have been having all the symptoms of hyperthyroidism which leads to panic attacks which then I get tense in my cheast area and think I am having a heart attack. I also have been getting bouts of consectutive heart palpitations, breathlessness , panicky, shakey, and severe dry eyes.

I have been diagnosed with only post tramatic stress..I am said to be healthy ..I don’t feel healthy.I wake in the mornings seem to be ok..I eat breakfast and then do somethings. But 3 pm im so tired and start feeling weak and just kind of shakey.i have been checked out with a ok on my physical being..But don’t know if what im feeling is depression or physical.I really don’t have any symptoms Im told of heart disease nor anything else…Most days I seem to be ok ,but the last few days I have gotten really tired and weak by afternoon which seems to subside later in the evening with only a general sense of not being well.I can’t really decide if im feeling something as a symptom or its just anxiety depression. If it were something bad i would think that the symptoms would persist all of the time not just at different moments.. Most of the day I seem ok but evenings around 3 pm to sunset I seem to feel worse..maybe its my imagination and its creating more sensations which causes anxiety ?

I went to a concert last night, came home a little shakey and jittery. It was the normal symptoms for an anxiety attack, tightness in chest/throat, shaking, etc. I thought I calmed down, but I just woke up after sleeping for 5 hours, when I usually sleep for like.. about 9, lol. I feel like I’m going to throw up, but not in a sick kind of way, my throat just feels weird. I dealt with these symptoms before, but they usually don’t last overnight for me. I think I’m calm, I’m taking deep breaths and all the other stuff, but it doesn’t seem like it’s helping. Is there anything you can recommend to make these symptoms go away a bit faster?
