recently diagnosed with anxiety/panic i cant even describe what i feel just happens out of the blue,feels like my throat locks,like burning feeling all over,dizzness ect. Thanks for any info

Is this anxiety? start to feel not clear, like getting dizzy, unstable, body kinda like locks up, then freezing, then nauseaded w/ unstable feeling, feeling like throwing up & the feeling of like get me out of here if you are out in public, or the same symptoms even at home. What is this? is it anxiety? low sugar or blood? None of my doctors are telling me what it could be. Then after, I get so tired I just want to sleep.
