I did it with the help of Allen Carr’s book – found it relatively easy for the first few weeks and then hit a massive brick wall. I have still not smoked so that is a positive but my mind is playing such strange tricks on me. Is the following symptoms normal after 7 weeks – I went to my doctors who gave me beta blockers but I would prefer to find some other way to get over this. Are my symptoms nicotine withdrawal after 7 weeks or am I having anxiety attacks?
Symptoms – jittery, nervousness, huge waves of adrenaline rush, shortness of breathe, tight chest, irritability, thoughts I am going over the edge??? If someone can reassure me that this is normal it would help me to del with it better rather than thinking I will be like this forever!!
