    Avoid or reduce:

    caffeine
    alcohol

    Take:

    a good quality green tea
a supplement called Panicyl – natural anxiety supplement

    Do:

    regular exercise
    a full nights sleep

    Hope this helps!

Exercise. It releases endorphins (feel good chemicals) and increases serotonin.

Sex, or any sort of intimacy, is another effective way to naturally relieve anxiety. The chemicals released during orgasm can relieve anxiety and even chronic pain.

things like lavender or other strong scents are great for calming you down. go to a massage therapy place, or even bath and body works and they’ll have lines of lotions or serums, or even little pillows or something that you can smell to relax yourself.

also, taking slow deep breaths in through your nose and out your mouth (breathe out like you’re cooling hot soup) help a lot.

Chamomile Tea has calming effects on nerves and your stomach. Best to take at night before bed or whenever you’re feeling anxious.

Rosehips herb and Panicyl (that’s the brand name) has helped a few people I know. Kava Kava is good for temporary things (job interview, stuff like that).
