What helped me when I had both was having my sister stay with me for a while, having her to talk to about my worries and fears and as well having her around if I needed a hug or was just feeling down to lean on her shoulder. Hopefully you have someone in the family or a good friend to be able to see you every day or stay over for a few days. If not, then you need to get out too, buy yourself something nice or buy something nice for your place. Doing a long walk also helps or even some stretching. A bit of exercise can help with taking your mind off things and lifts the mood. You get your life back slowly and there will be better days than others. Write down your thoughts and worries in a journal if you don’t have someone to talk to. Think about doing some therapy. That also helped me in getting back to some normalcy in attitude and feelings.
Having a good friend and/or therapist is helpful.
Both a friend and a therapist are there for you.
Try to remember some things that you like to do even though it is probably hard right now to think of anything you like.
Try not to think of getting your life in order. This seems like a lot to think about. Just think about getting the days in the next week in order. Then, when you are feeling a little better you can think about tackling long-term goals.
Good Luck
