Would these symptoms be categorized as heart attack symptoms or panic attack symptoms.?
I’m personally a bit scared as of right now because I can’t figure out the difference between heart attack warning symptoms and panic attack symptoms. You see, I’ve been having a quick, sharp pain in my chest ever since I woke up. I woke up at 9:02 am central time. It goes away but comes back every hour or so. Now I’ve been trying to calm myself down and say it’s nothing but for a couple of days now I’ve been dizzy, my left arm has been having muscle spasms, my face has been feeling like it’s swollen, more or less meaning there’s a lot of discomfort, and now I’m having a pain in my left shoulder/ upper arm. Please, can someone possibly tell me what’s going on? I’m only 18, I shouldn’t be feeling like this, should I?

This don’t sound cardiac. Ischemic chest pain usually last at least five minutes and is not a sharp pain. This could be a number of things: anxiety, costochondritis (inflammation of the rib muscles), referred pain from your gallbladder, etc. Calm down, take some Motrin, and if it dont get better, or if you develop a fever, see a doctor.

This is not related to heart problem,be happy. This discomfort is due to another cause try to understand it .

Well I have had pain in my left shoulder lots of times but am assured it was not heart related. It could be something you ate or you need to eat. Sometimes I get chest pains like what you were saying because I am hungry and gas. Or you had something with spice or pepper. Just drink water and rest and if it continues try calling your doctor because I am not one.
its impossible at this stage to distinguish between the two. SO, its time to get an appt and get checked out at your Drs. at your age i would NOT suspect heart attack, but dont take my saying this as an excuse to not go to ur physician just to make sure.
