Very severe Emetophobia??
I am 15yrs old and I suffer from severe Emetophobia, (fear of vomit, or vomiting). This brings on severe panic attacks and worry everyday, these attacks are so bad that sometimes it’s like going into a seizure. Most of them aren’t this bad and I can usually handle them by myself. I have had this problem for 2yrs ever since my last vomiting experience. I now can’t go to school because i’m scared of the Stomach Flu, so i’m being homeschooled and I stay indoors alot, only going outside usually to check the mail or go to the store. I have been to many psychologists and neurologist and they all tell me that it’s just anxiety and that I need medicine. Well I have tried many of the medicines and they seem to give me bad side effects which just cause more anxiety. I was wondering if there are any natural supplements, or treatments that will get rid of this issue, or just make it to where I can live a normal life.
This is making my childhood a living hell and I need help, i’m just a kid and I want to be able to do normal things, please help me.

basically it all comes down to irrational thinking. if you just think out most of these situations logically, there is nothing to worry about. ask your self what about vomiting scares you. probably making a scene is what frightens you. once you get over the fact that people arent going to be angry or horrified that you puked your guts up, this problem should vanish.
