I stopped drinking alcohol 10 days ago, only drank 4-5 days a week 12 pack of beer for 9 months.
I am under very bad stress, major financial problems, I have been having very bad anxiety, and panic attacks.

cut down on caffeine and nicotene which will increase the anxiety.
get good rest,eat right.
and try taking baby steps,and not try to fix all at once.
