Is it normal to get really cold when having an anxiety attack?
I’ve noticed that when i’m starting to get an anxiety attack[big or small one] my hands start getting really cold and clamy and then i start getting cold?…. is this normal?

I used to get really bad panic attacks before I started taking medication. I would get really hot to begin with and I’d start to sweat. Then as the sweat evaporated, I would get really cold and clammy.
So yes, I think it’s normal.
Yes, it may happen due to excessive sweating and reduced circulation in the periphery of the body.
