sounds like anxiety.. i have a severe anxiety disorder.. and ocd… i sweat, i feel like there is no air, i have trouble sleeping, i get hot and cold , i feel like crap, massive chestpains, and numbness, headaches, the runs, vomiting… people can get some or most of the anxiety symptoms when they have an anxiety disorder… i would seek out ur doctor’s opinion.

Look up Addison’s disease in your search engine. You have many of the symptoms, other than the symptoms disappear with exercise. Usually exercise with Addison’s makes you more tired than usual. I am not a Dr., but would suggest that you write down your symptoms, are there times that they are worse, and how often do you get the brain fog and does stress seem to make you feel worse. Keep track for a couple of weeks so you are ready with your questions for your Dr. so that he or she can see what could be causing you to feel this way.

Look up diabetes and hypothyroidism also to see if these might be the feelings you are experiencing.

Good luck in a diagnosis soon so that you start feeling better.

I’d say it is all caused by your anxiety (however, i am most definetely not qualified to make that diagnosis). I know that when I get into a panic mode, I get all of those symptoms – minus the memory loss. Often times, exercise helps relax the body and gets the mind off of whatever is subconsciously freaking you out, which is why a lot of people feel less anxiety when they are running or working out. Many people will always contribute the frequent uriniation to diabeties, However from personal experience, I can say that when I get really stressed out or find myself in a panic or having some degree of an anxiety attack, I have to pee constantly.
