    Do not do what if thinking when you feel anxious get up and do something trying to keep your mind busy.Know that you are fine and nothing is going to happen besides getting worked up then exhausted and depressed.Know that the anxious feeling will pass,and mentally work on finding things that you enjoy to help decrease and stop panic.Keep a journal and record everyday so it can show you what makes you anxious if you do not know,and to show you your progress.

    What i got told to do was imaging a square n wot u do is count for 4 on the top line then hold ya breath for 4 then breath out for 4 then hold for 4.. or put n elasticband around ur wrist n when u feel one commin slap the band n say stop or try n relax the tounge in ur mouth n relax or ur muscles… the one i find dat helps is if my mate constanty taks to me cos then u dont have time to think of stuff to make u panic..

    i get em about once a week before i go to bed cuase the whole day or days catch up when i wind down, cuased by stress, i make her rub my head till i go to sleep if not ill squirm around get up and clean the whole house till everything is spotless, so either relax or get busy find your common ground and find it quick cuase anxiety attacks can evolve into much more

    deep breathing, in thru nose, blow out thru mouth as if blowing thru a straw, do this slowly while counting and try to clear your mind, be sure to exhale completely or you will feel like ur hyperventilating.

    I Found singing to be surprizingly helpful. just choose a song that makes you happy or relaxed or better yet a real funny song, and whenever you feel anxiety pile up you just start singing. it really helps. Also, it’s very useful to have someone around that is aware of your having panic attacks to help you relax.

    Well, there is not the best cure for panic attack. As a matter of fact, there are some methods more efficient than others. According to different studies, cognitive behavioral therapy seems to be more successful with this particular disorder. Good luck
