The Linden Method is a manual and a set of CDs that are all about visualization. The manual offers a set of steps to follow, and you listen to the CDs everyday to relax your mind.
Does it work? Hard to say. It depends on the root of your problem. The science behind his approach sounds reasonable. but if you have undiagnosed physical problems (thyroid, anemia, hormone problems, unbalanced blood sugar, etc.) this program won’t help you very much.
I think it’s important to try to find the cause of your anxiety, and use the Linden Method as a supplemental tool. If you have no physical problems, a very healthy diet (sugar-free, caffeine free, no drugs or alcohol), then Linden could work.
