Yes and what you are describing sounds like derealization or depersonalization which you can google or yahoo. Feel free to email me if you want to talk or want more info. I have been dealing with anxiety now for 15 years. Best of wishes.
Yeah i have had it before it sucks.
I got that numb tingling feeling all over, my heart was racing, got that feeling like i was "out of my body", those are all symptoms of a panic attack you had one for sure. You need to see a therapist you shouldn’t have to live with a panic disorder.
=[
good luck!

Yes I have. I have migraines with aura and had some really bad incidents happen and was VERY paranoid for a very long time after because my body went numb and I was so scared I kept thinking it was going numb after I had already went to the hospital and got a CT scan and everything came out normal. It was really bad for a while its very normal I just tried doing things to keep my mind off of it! Hope this helps good luck I know how bad it is.
oh i have panic/anxiety attacks all the time, i’m only 14, and it runs in my family, it’s definitely hereditary. My mother had them when she was young, but she grew out of them, I have them all the time now, and they drive me nuts, because it feels like you can’t control it. My symptoms: Numb tongue(just like you) , weak legs ( feels like you can’t walk too well ), heart racing, light headed, dizziness, chills, shaking. I hope I helped you, those are my symptoms, and yes, it’s normal to have panic attacks, and what i understand of a panic dissorder , is just that you have frequent panic attacks, and that’s what I have myself. I know you’ll hate them too, just as much as I do, but if you try your best not to think about them , they’ll let go as much as possible, i’m actually on medication though, See your doctor, and he may prescribe a medication to relax you . Hope I helped
ive MOST DEFINITLY have suffered from panic attacks (like a thousand times)…its a horrible feeling (like your having a heart attack)…you should go see a doctor, they have medicine that you can take to make it not as bad
I hope you get better
goodluck =]
Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc.
Medication like Antidepressants (SSRI – Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) helps to boost Serotonin level.
But there are natural ways to do it without medication. There’s this strange herb called "St John’s Wort" – it is said to be more effective than Prozac. No, it is not for mild depression only and ignore those sayings. In fact, it does help anxiety and panic-attacks as St John’s Wort works like prozac. Other natural ways will be exercise, diet, more exposure to light, etc.
The problem is that, even if your Serotonin is balanced… you have that "learned behavior" in your mind. You need to break that initial cycle to destroy that learned behavior – Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) does this. A technique that you can use without CBT will be Distraction… There are several other techniques to help cope them!
Ok, to use Distraction: Firstly, try to….
