Anxiety and chest pressure with tightness in throat?

Thank you all in advance. The last three weeks have been hell. I have been to the ER twice they have done blood panels, EKG, ct scans and all is clear they say this is due to anxiety. I have never had anxiety attacks to the point of physical distress. I feel like I have pressure in my upper chest and almost like wheezing when I breath in…..can all this be related to anxiety?
Just looking for some advice. I feel like a fool if I go to the doc or er again for nothing.

I have it too n the dr has me on meds for that.u do need to see the dr immediately n tell them no more blood tests-get u on anti anxiety meds.
sweetie i have been there and still there it is not fun but u are not alone trust me it is scarey for sure try to relax and keep ur mind busy it helps good luck u will be ok i am 51 and this started at age 20
